    Delivery

    Where can I receive my order?
    • We ship to a valid US shipping address. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
    Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive it?
    • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10AM PST will be processed the same day and will ship within 1-2 business days.
    • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 10AM PST will be processed the next business day and will ship within 1-2 business days.
    • Orders placed after 10AM PST on Friday and orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday and will ship within 1-2 business days. 
    • We do not deliver with FedEx on Saturday or Sunday. 
    What shipping methods do you offer?
    • We offer the below shipping methods (Please note that we do not deliver with FedEx on Saturdays or Sundays for any of the below shipping methods):
      • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days 
      • FedEx Overnight: 1 business day (not eligible for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)
      • FedEx SmartPost (Alaska and Hawaii only): $15
    How much do I pay for delivery service?
    • Cost is dependent on which shipping method you choose:
      • FedEx 2 Day: We offer free 2-Day shipping
      • FedEx Overnight: $25
    Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?
    • Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method. If you have any concerns about your order arriving on time, please contact our customer service team.
    How will I know my order has shipped?You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.
    Can I track my order?
    • You will be able to track your order with the provided tracking number.
    What is the home delivery process?
    • FedEx 2-day Delivery is your choice for shipping packages up to 70 lbs. for delivery within 2 business days.
    What should I do if I am not going to be home when my package is expected to
    arrive?
    • If your package does not require a signature, it will be left at your front door. If you are concerned about the package being left while you are gone, we recommend having it sent to a work address.
    What do I do if I never receive my package?
    • Please contact our customer service team if your order shows as delivered but you have not received it.

      Returns and Exchanges

      Can I return or exchange any item?
      • We offer returns on all full priced items within 30 days of when the order was received. As of June 21st, 2019 all returns will incur a $6.00 re-stocking fee. We only accept returns that are in unworn, original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. All Sale items are Final Sale and non-returnable. Sale and worn items returned are subject to a $30 processing fee. Returned Final Sale items will be shipped back to the customer. 
      Do I have to pay for requesting a return?
      • Your order will arrive with a prepaid return shipping label that you may use to send the order back to us free of charge. You may also reach out directly to help@bbdakota.com for the return shipping label.
      How long do I have to make a return?
      • We accept returns within 30 days of when the item is received by the customer. As of June 21st, 2019 a $6.00 re-stocking fee will be deducted per return. All Sale items are Final Sale are non-returnable. Sale and worn items returned are subject to a $30 processing fee. Returned Final Sale items will be shipped back to the customer. 
      How do I make a return or exchange?
      • Use the provided return shipping label to send back you order by affixing the label to the outside of the box. You must clearly circle the items being returned on the packing slip found in the box. A reason code must also be indicated next to the item being returned on the packing slip. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will need to place a new order for the correct size and return the size that didn’t work out for a refund.
      When will I receive the refund for my return?
      • Your refund will be processed within 3-10 business days from when we receive the return at our facility. A separate e-mail confirmation will be sent when the refund has been completed.

        Can I return sale items?
        • All Sale items are Final Sale are non-returnable. Sale and worn items returned are subject to a $30 processing fee. Returned Final Sale items will be shipped back to the customer. 

        International Shipping

        Do you ship internationally?
        • BB DAKOTA has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
        Which countries do you ship to?
        • International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from BBDAKOTA.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses.

          Payment

          What payment methods do you accept?
          • We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Afterpay
          What is Afterpay?
          • Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
          • At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order.
          • Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.
          • All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
          • Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Use the prepaid return shipping label that is included with your order. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from BB DAKOTA to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Afterpay online account. As applies to all orders, any product that is marked as Final Sale is ineligible for return. 
          What happens if my credit card does not go through?
          • Your credit card could be refused due to the following reasons:
            • The card may have expired. You will need to ensure that your card is currently valid.
            • Some of the CC information may have been filled out incorrectly. Make sure all required fields have been filled out and are correct.
            • You may have reached your credit limit. In this case, you will need to contact your bank to confirm you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
          Can I use more than 1 form of payment?
          • No, you can only use 1 form of payment per order.
          Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
          • Yes! The data is transmitted via SSL encryption. All payments with credit and debit cards require the customer to input the CVV (Card Verification Value). This is a code printed on your card that serves as a security measure when making electronic commerce transactions.

          What is the BB Dakota Rewards Program?
          • BB Dakota Rewards is a loyalty program that treats you with rewards you’ve earned! Earn points for every dollar spent on bbdakota.com, connect with us on social media, and share with your friends! You can redeem your points for discounts and earn VIP status to unlock exclusive rewards.
          How do I start earning points?
          • It’s as simple as creating an account. And it’s free to join! Earn points every time you shop and complete activities like reviewing a product or following us on Instagram. You can keep track of the activities completed and points when signed into your account. Everything is tracked through your account.
           Will my past purchases count?
          • All purchases made after March 15th, 2019 will count towards loyalty points. Register for an account today and automatically receive 100 points just for signing up!
           Can I use my points during sales?
          • Sorry, we do not allow you to use your accumulated points during sales. Don’t fret you will still get points for any purchases made during the sale.
           Do I lose points when I make a return?
          • Yes, when you make a return the points earned from your purchase will be deducted from your account.
           Do accumulated points expire?
          • Points expire on the 1-year anniversary date after first accumulated (purchases, liking, sharing etc.) So spend them!
           Now that I have some points, how can I use them?
          • Go for it, your accumulated points can be used across any category on bbdakota.com including the sale category! Please note your points can not be used during sale promotions.
          How do I view my current point balance?
          • Log in or create an account. Your points will be visible along with how you can earn more. After logging in you’ll also see your accumulated points next to your name along the top header of www.bbdakota.com
          My points don’t show up after I completed tasks like following or sharing on social media. Why?
          • Please ensure you’re using the social media (share/follow/etc.) link on the rewards page. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If the points do not register, please contact our support team at: HELP@BBDAKOTA.COM.
          Can I use my free shipping rewards to pay for customs for international sales?
          • Customers are required to pay all international customs, taxes, and fees imposed by your home country.

          *If we find the rewards program being abused at any point in time through fraudulent activity we reserve the right to cancel any order(s) placed using the discount and close out the account* 

          General Information

          Can I cancel my order?
          • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and we can check to see what the status of your order is.
            Can I remove items from my order?
            • We are unable to edit the content of the order once it has been placed. However if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team and they will do their best to assist you.
